山西卫生基层高级职称报名论文要求

（1)国家级医学学术刊物公开发表研究方向一致的专业学术论文1篇。

（2)省级医疗卫生计生机构专业技术人员，须在可视同国家级医学学术刊物公开发表研究方向一致的专业学术论文1篇以上，同时在省级医学学术刊物公开发表本专业研究方向一致的较高水平论文3篇以上；

市级及以下医疗卫生计生机构专业技术人员，须在可视同国家级医学学术刊物公开发表研究方向一致的专业学术论文1篇以上，同时在省级医学学术刊物公开发表本专业研究方向一致的较高水平论文2篇以上。

（3)国家专业出版社出版的本专业较高水平的科技著作一部，本人撰写部分不少于10万字，同时在可视同国家级医学学术刊物公开发表本专业研究方向一致的较高水平论文1篇。

（4)获国家自然科学奖、发明奖、科技进步奖一项，或获省、部级科学技术奖二等及以上奖一项，同时要求在可视同国家级医学学术刊物公开发表研究方向一致的专业学术论文1篇以上。

（5)鼓励撰写科普文章。在公开发行的报刊上发表科普文章5篇，每篇字数不少于1500字，同时在可视同国家医学学术刊物公开发表研究方向一致的专业学术论文１篇以上。

与此同时，他对《内经》、《抱朴子》、《千金要方》等古籍，以及药王庙中的针灸铜人进行了深入的研究。

明代嘉靖四十三年（公元1564年），李言闻旧病复发，医治无效去世。临终前，他嘱咐李时珍要克服困难，尽快地将《本草》重修好。

Diabetes mellitus,often simply referred to as diabetes—is a group of metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood sugar,either because the body does not produce enough insulin,or because cells do not respond to the insulin that is produced.This high blood sugar produces the classical symptoms of polyuria (frequent urination),polydipsia (increased thirst) and polyphagia (increased hunger).
There are three main types of diabetes:
1.Type 1 diabetes:results from the body's failure to produce insulin,and presently requires the person to inject insulin.(Also referred to as insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus,IDDM for short,and juvenile diabetes.)
2.Type 2 diabetes:results from insulin resistance,a condition in which cells fail to use insulin properly,sometimes combined with an absolute insulin deficiency.(Formerly referred to as non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus,NIDDM for short,and adult-onset diabetes.)
3.Gestational diabetes:is when pregnant women,who have never had diabetes before,have a high blood glucose level during pregnancy.It may precede development of type 2 DM.
Other forms of diabetes mellitus include congenital diabetes,which is due to genetic defects of insulin secretion,cystic fibrosis-related diabetes,steroid diabetes induced by high doses of glucocorticoids,and several forms of monogenic diabetes.
