Finally, our paper concluded by concretelly analying specific strategic situations and then putting forward specific measures for the proposed strategy, from the angles of terminal digitization and internationizing respectively.

近些年来,我国在经历经济换挡、利率市场化、金融严监管和实体经济业务增速放缓之后,银行业逐渐显露增长的疲态。尤其是在经历全球性的量化宽松策略之后,银行息差进一步收窄。在利率市场化的背景下,银行业务之间的竞争越来越激烈。随着供给侧改革的不断深化,过剩产能行业加速出清,部分企业经营困难更加显著,使得银行信贷风险增加。商业银行同质化的服务,使其在应对互联网金融模式时,竞争力明显不足,而且自身的传统业务也在受到互联网金融企业的入侵。商业银行亟需从规模银行转变成价值银行,推动产品和服务的创新,扩展利润模式,打造新的核心竞争力。
首先,从服务效率开始。银行要紧跟监管政策,不断加强规范化管理。银行传统的经营模式都是网点式的,业务通过柜员和客户经理扩展。传统的信息和数据处理落后,审核效率低下,服务效率也相对较低,银行办业务取号排队这是再常见不过的事了。商业银行要转变,首先应当转变自身的服务效率,更新基础设施。
其次,要调整业务方向。商业银行的一项重要职能就是为实体经济提供资金,当前我国的经济正处于换挡器,小微企业、三农、扶贫等都是国家政策支持的重点,尤其是对于中小企业的融资问题一直是国家解决的重难点。商业银行要积极配合国家政策,探索提供中小企业融资的新模式。切实做到为实体经济服务,避免违法违规套利、乱做表外业务,降低杠杆率,解决资金脱实向虚的问题。积极发展普惠金融业务。
再次,要实现经营的信息化转型。互联网金融时代,层出不断的新金融业态挑战者银行业务。银行需要不断加大对科技创新的投入力度,借鉴互联网金融的发展模式,扩展消费贷、信用贷和小额贷款等业务,扩展银行的利润来源。重塑商业银行的平台、数据和服务,提高金融服务的普惠性,让普通用户享受金融实实在在的便利。
最后,要大力发展投资银行业务。商业银行应借助投行这类高附加值业务,探寻银行创新与转型发展之路。转变传统的重资产模式,需要银行发展投行业务,只有这样,银行才能轻装上阵,减少对存贷的依赖,实现多样化盈利,实现息差收入和非息差收入的有机结合,构建综合金融服务平台,形成融资+融信+融智三位一体的发展模式。
