Laparoscopic treatment of gynecological diseases is the minimally invasive gynecologic operation nursing experience. Methods the obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic operation in patients with the implementation of nursing. Results in preoperative patients psychological care, preoperative instruction and nursing before operation, increase bed turnover, improve the overall quality of care, so that patients with early regain health. Conclusion through the Institute of Obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic operation in patients with abdominal incision nursing, to ensure the patients to the best state of mind to experience the whole process of operation, improve the success rate of operation and reduce operation risk.

SCI论文是被SCI（Scientific Citation Index，《科学引文索引》）收录的期刊所刊登的论文，目前我国科技界对SCI论文概念模式，小部分研究者误认为SCI是一本期刊，由南京大学引用并成为各大高校和科研机构学术评价和奖惩的一类刊物。

SCI论文本身来说，我国科研工作者大多面临英语能力匮乏的缺陷，尤其对于年龄大和专业性强的科技工作者来说，内容不是问题，英语往往成为了制约的瓶颈。SCI论文对我国大部分科技工作者来说依然是神秘的，难于发表的，正基于此，大部分科研机构、高校等单位引入作为评价标准，这也是有失公正，虽然缺少人为干预的评价标准，但科研工作者在工作的同时，不得不将精力浪费在于SCI论文的写作与发表，虽然使得我国科研可与国际接轨，培养我国科技工作者运用SCI官网进行现有论文和科技成果的查询与搜索的习惯，但制约了我国的科技水准，使科研人员不得不分出一部分精力用在外语上，使大量优秀研究成果流入英文期刊，破坏了中文期刊的发展，降低了中文在科技领域的“币值”。

区别在于英语专业用途不同。护理英语更倾向于正常的英语交流，只是会学一些护理的专业用语。而医学英语就更具有专业性，需要学习有关医学的所有表达和词汇，甚至于能看懂期刊，发表论文。
