作为医生要看得懂英文参考文献。论文要写英文关键词和摘要。很多病名、药名的简称是英文缩写。有的教学视频是英文的，还没字幕，有的老师讲课的课件也会是纯英文。高大上的学术讲座沙龙的演讲PPT大多都是英文的，英语不好会看不懂。

On one hand,new technologies make the research for traditional cultures possible as well as provide advanced techniques of reserving historic masterpieces.Take calligraphy as an example,new ways of illumination,which is the fruit of Hi-tech,can prevent the color of scripts from fading.On the other hand,the rapidly developing media such as the Internet and communication satellite provide traditional cultures with a stage to face the whole world.As we can see,after the short piece of ad of Shanghai Expo.,more people will know the beautiful melody of "Jasmine."
In addition,if we look back to history,we can find out that it was always in the era when economy developed greatly that cultures prospered the most.
No doubt that the development of technology can guarantee that of economy,which eventually influences the prosperity of culture.

虽然不知道你这个是什么样的专业，但听起来确实有点惨，全英翻译，按照论文的一般标准来看，10000字那真的不是开玩笑的，确实是有很多的。

至于说的学术不端的问题。

我们先来看一下学术不端的定义

学术不端是指学术界剽窃、弄虚作假、行为不良、失范的一种行为，多用于高等教育毕业，论文检测也称学术不端检测。

这里以笔者学校中文论文为例来说明一下学术不端的范围。

高校论文正常情况下都是用中国知网检测，不过根据各个学校的不同，检测所用平台也会不一样，笔者毕业那年用的远没有知网严格。

标准为：

重复率≤16%，允许直接答辩；

17%≤重复率≤30%，允许修改后答辩；

重复率≥31%，不允许答辩。

当然，在执行的过程中，基本上没有出现第二和第三种情况，身边同学的重复率普遍都在10%以下，还有部分是在5%。

而学术不端的关键点在于你的语言是否与原有的资料库有重复，这个重复很难定义。

有的同学论文通篇是自己写的，但是用了很多通用的语言，辞藻也很华丽，可能会造成很高的重复率。

因为你原创的，前人写过，就算是重复。

所以首要的是原创，这个没有问题了，已经声明是手写稿。

关于翻译，笔者倒是更建议采用人工翻译的。

现在中文论文都会有外文翻译，这一环节，所有学生都要选取一定数量的论文进行翻译，当时笔者本人也是用谷歌进行翻译的。

最大的感觉就是很乱。

对于有要求的专业，实在是不合适。

或者是机器翻译后整体过个几遍进行修改，这个也是不错的方法，也比较省时省力。

找人翻译确确实实是个很麻烦人家的事情，或许都不是吃一顿饭就能解决的事情。

况且，找个实实在在给你好好翻译的人，几乎也是不可能的，尽管人工翻译很好，显然更适合你的还是机器翻译后进行修改。

至于学术不端，只要保证中文原文是原创，翻译成为英文，想来也不会造成学术不端。

明白这些那就需要，自己有写论文的基本专业功底，有良好的英语写作能力，这样才能写出一份的合格英语论文。

如果写论文的能力和英语写作能力都不具备那只能从这两方面努力了。参考优秀论文进行研究模仿布局结构，英语方面就要长期积累练习。

说句不好听的话，未来高科技领域，无论是计算机、医学、生物、化学。。。。。都依然还是英语和西方人的天下。所有最新最有分量的论文依然是用英语书写，最重要的成果依然要转化成英语论文才能得到世界的肯定和传播。这种现象至少还要维持一两百年。

那么，你作为一个医学生，医学有多重要那就不用说了。当然，人的眼界、追求不一样，你如果是想做一个大家，做一个某一领域的大牛，或者是要成为大城市三甲医院的医生，那么英语都是必须的，而且是加分项。

当然，如果只是当个普通医生，那么英语也并非必须。不会英语，英语不好，一样可以做科研，不过成果转化的时候就有困难。

我给你讲一个例子，名字就不点了。甲医生和乙医生都发明了一种治疗某种疾病的方法，甲医生甚至还早于乙医生。但是乙医生英语好，迅速将他转化为英文论文发表，并且多次出国参加相关学术会议。

现在国际上，一提到这种治疗方法，想到的就是乙医生，没有多少人知道甲在该方面的贡献。
